Kanmangafuchi Abyss

A foot path along the Kanmangafuchi Abyss leads past a collection of Jizo statues. Jizo represent a way of protecting against evil. This particular set is sometimes called 'Narabi Jizo', which plainly means 'Jizo in a line'. -- Please note: this area may look like some sort of burial site, and it may even give off that certain atmosphere, but I assure you, that's not what this is.
