Shinkyō Maidens

Two ladies wearing a kimono at the Shinkyō Bridge. Crossing this bridge costs a small fee, but is pointless from a practical standpoint. You do it for the experience, and for the experience it's best to come in full traditional attire. -- Please note: these ladies are not geisha, maiko, or perform any other type of traditional profession. They are just your everyday Japanese ladies.
