You can also just walk along the shoreline if you like. For quite a bit you can stay very near the water, but at one point walking paths stop, and merge with the road. From the road, there's not much to see. Allegedly it's possible to rent bicycles as well (although I never found them) and cycling around the lake shouldn't take more than two hours.
