Time for Gyutan

Gyutan is roasted beef tongue. It's not as delicious as I imagined, to be brutally honest. It's chewy and not very tender. But quite good still. This was a miso-flavoured variation, and comes with a bowl of barley rice and a bowl of ox tail soup.
