Hiroshima is a good place to stay when planning a daytrip to Tomonoura. It's a pleasant little fishermen's town with a couple of attractions in town center, and along the face of the mountain. Lots of cool details here, but I didn't get to eat here, unfortunately - I'm sure the fish is fresh.
