Found a good restaurant in the building adjacent to the Symbol Tower on the 3rd floor, called Udon Takumi Gōyashiki (うどん匠郷屋敷), serving me this. It's kind of like a poor man's Kaiseki dish called Sanuki Gozen (讃岐御膳), but very tasty! And not too expensive either, at ¥1280... It's got tempura, sashimi, some oversized sushi, noodles, and some small bits as always.
