Kobe is a medium-sized city that many foreign tourist seem to pass up for some reason. I bloody didn't, and for good reason. Kobe has gone through some rough times in 1995, but has recovered with a stunning skyline by night. Kobe is also home to a popular hot spring resort area, called Arima Onsen.
