When in Hiroshima, one must have okonomiyaki at least once. Better yet, once a day. This dish is unbelievably delicious. It's a thin layer of dough with noodles on top. Then, a white cabbage layer with bacon, shellfish, shrimps, onions, veggie, or whatever else is on the menu. Then, a layer of egg with sauce. The sauce alone is legendary throughout Japan, and it's just simply called "Sauce".
