If it's time for feeding, this is the place, and the *only* place, where that happens. Never feed the foxes anywhere else, because then they might harass visitors anywhere, instead of just here. So yes, you can go and buy a packet of dried food, go here (into the shed on the right) and feed the foxes from above.
