Kōsanji Entry Gate

The Kōsanji Temple (耕三寺) is a colourful temple built very recently, in 1936, by entrepeneur Koso Kōsanji, in honour of his deceased mother. The whole site measures approximately 50,000 square metres and features 3000 tonnes of marble for the Hill of Hope.
