Inuyama Castle

Often said to be Japan's oldest castle (which is not true, this title should probably go to Gifu Castle). Built in 1440, it's quite old indeed. Over time, the castle has been heavily modified, and the form that we see today, had completed construction in 1537. If you ever visit this castle, be prepared for a crowd. Even on a wet day like this, the castle saw loads of visitors.
